  • On 3 May, there will be a Joint Holy Communion Service starting at 2:00pm.  The service and sermon will mainly be conducted in Mandarin and English, and youth members will participate throughout the service.  A prayer meeting will be held after the Service.  All brothers and sisters are encouraged to attend. 
  • The Scripture Memorization for May : The theme this month will be “Growth in Christlikeness (Humility)”.   Please study 1 Peter 5:5-6 with your heart.   We will recite this passage together in our joint Sunday worship on 3 May : “Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you.
  • On 24 May, our Sunday Service will be suspended as ELAC brothers and sisters will be attending the Spring Camp of CACUUK.
  • On 31 May, there will be a joint worship starting at 2:00pm.  On that day, Mr Almon Lam will share his experience and journey as a colour-weak artist, testifying to God’s marvellous work in his life.  The worship service and sermon will primarily be in Mandarin and Cantonese. The youth will participate in the entire service.  Refreshments will be served after the Service. All brothers and sisters are encouraged to reserve time to attend.
  • Mr Almon Lam will hold the “Unique Colours In England – A Hong Kong Art Exhibition by a Colour Vision Deficient Artist” in London and Manchester during May, featuring both the exhibition and testimony sharing.  The testimony sharing in London will take place at ELAC.  For details, please refer to https://sites.google.com/view/uniquecoloursinengland/home?authuser=2.
  • Rev Pang plans to visit each church member and their family at least once this year. Please think about suitable dates and times, and write them on the “ELAC Calendar – Rev Pang’s Visitation Schedule” at the reception desk.
