- On 30 June (Tue), from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, Dr Tze Hoi Kwan will present a seminar entitled “Protecting Kidney Health for a Healthier Community” at the Church Centre. The seminar will be conducted primarily in Mandarin, and questions may also be answered in English or Cantonese. Brothers and sisters are warmly invited to attend and are encouraged to invite their family members and friends.
- On 5 July, there will be a joint Holy Communion Service, starting at 2:00pm. The youth will participate in the entire Service. A prayer meeting will be held after the Service. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to reserve time to attend.
- On 5 July, the Scripture Memorization theme is “Proclaiming Christ (Christ paid the penalty)”. Please diligently study Romans 5:8 and make every effort to memorize this verse: “God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
- Rev Pang and Mrs Pang will be representing the Chinese Alliance Churches Union (UK) at the World Chinese Churches Conference in Malaysia and will also return to Hong Kong to attend the Hong Kong Alliance Mission staff retreat during the period from 7 July to 13 August. Please remember them in your prayers, that they may have a safe and smooth journey throughout their travel. By resolution of the Trustee Board, during Rev Pang’s absence from the UK, Mr Gary Leung will serve as the emergency contact person.
- Rev Pang plans to visit each church member and their family at least once this year. Please think about suitable dates and times, and write them on the “ELAC Calendar – Rev Pang’s Visitation Schedule” at the reception desk.
